1. Pay the 40% of total rental amount either bank transfer bank transfer or certified check or in cash through post office or Western Union.
   
   
2. The completion of the remaining balance will be payable upon the arrival IN CASH ONLY.
   
   
3. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

1. Water and electricity bills is 20 E per week.
   
   
2. Fiscal Stay Tax (Taxe Sejour) it all depends on the location and the type of accommodation. Estimated charge is less than 1E per day and per person.

The above mentioned charges will be "ALL FREE OF CHARGE" if paid both downpayment and the remaining balance IN CASH.

OFFICIAL RECEIPT WILL BE THEN ISSUED

1. Arrival time is at 2:00 in the afternoon and the departure time is at 10:00 in the morning, Saturday.
   
   
2. Before leaving the said place, it should be clean and tidy.
   
   
3. Playing loud music through radio, cassette, television or other musical instruments is strictly prohibited outside specially in the garden or terrace as not to create disturbance but you can do it inside moderately.
   
   
4. After midnight, no activities will be done outside to give due respect and avoid insults from the neighbors.
